Wealth of Knowledge

James knew all the transactions in the Little Holmby market and was very informed about each of the various preprinted contracts, addenda and ways to accommodate my purchase of another property simultaneously. He was always available because his assistant covered some duties. And he promptly returned his calls even when out of town.

Great team

Jim and Tony are a great team. They made the process very easy to navigate and they took care of all needed appointments. We actually were the buyers of this house 11 years ago and Jim represented the seller. We were so impressed with him that we decided to hire him to sell our house this year. Thorough, patient, and helpful

We were selling past the peak season and he marketed the house very well. We had good traffic but only one rally viable buyer. He handled a difficult transaction with grace and knowledge. We were brakaing up so emotions were high and the decline in market values was disappointing. he was able to tactfully deal with my difficult partner, whom he had to "talk down from the ledge" as well as a difficult buyer. He got the deal done where others may have failed. I have worked in the related industry as a mortgage company executive, and thus have dealt with many realtors. He is truly the cream of the crop.

I cannot say enough good things about Jim Bremner! As first time home owners, we were equally excited and nervous about entering the home buying process especially in LA. Jim made the process seamless and answered any and all questions and thoughts we had. When we found our dream home in Beverlywood, Jim immediately reached out to the seller’s agent and even with many other offers, we got the house. He was communicative, always available and went above and beyond especially during the offer and escrow period making sure all our questions were answered. He and Tony worked hard to get everything done during the inspection period resulting in us finding everything even with a relatively short window. Because of Jim’s savvy and expertise, we were able to buy our dream home in Beverlywood even in the competitive LA market, and I cannot recommend him (and Tony) enough!!!
