We selected Jim Bremner to sell our home in the Westwood neighborhood of LA because he had a strong track record selling homes in that area and a reputation for having high ethical standards. The experience could have been particularly challenging because we listed the property and managed most of the process remotely from our primary residence in North Carolina. So we put a lot of trust in Jim, and that trust payed off. He gave us sound advice on all aspects of the process, especially on listing price and response to the 4 offers we by the end of the first open house! (Three of those offers were in cash; all were over the asking price). Jim was particularly helpful in negotiating a final price and working with the buyers and their agent to compromise on the remediation that was needed coming out of the final inspection, addressing issues that typically arise in a $3MM+ transaction.
