Liana helped me sell my condo. During escrow, the buyer and his agent were problematic. The buyer was not cooperative and causing delays, while his agent was inefficient and inexperienced. Liana was able to work with them, until the finish of closing. Her goal is for the seller to make more profit, which she did for me. I highly recommend Liana, she is 5 stars on knowledge, expertise, responsiveness, and negotiation skills.

I would highly recommend Elena Jovis to sell your home. She was very competent in knowing how to present our home in the most positive light. The photographer was phenomenal but I knew Elena had a vision for how to let our home shine. Our home was older, (built in 1948),and she wanted to present our home as a clean slate so the viewers could imagine possibilities for their ideas. She kept in contact with us and was available whenever we had questions. From the moment we met her we felt she was trustworthy and assured us of her ability to sell our home quickly.
