I highly recommend Ehlers Real Estate for anyone’s property buying or selling needs. Christian’s knowledge and expertise is exceptional. I cannot thank Christian and Diane Soriano enough for going above and beyond. Selling the family home that was in a trust and having to deal with two other Co-trustees was not an easy task for them, but they saw it through to the end with exceptional professionalism and attention to detail. During our many conference calls (because I am out of state) Christian and Diane were always very patient, understanding, and reassuring. They answered every question, guided me through every step, and eased my overthinking mind throughout the entire process. They immediately addressed any concerns and negotiated any requests from the sellers and buyers with positive outcomes for both parties. Christian and Diane’s combined experience and expertise in their profession was clearly evident throughout the process. Thank you again for seeing this through!

I was navigating this 1031 tax deferred exchange feeling completely overwhelmed, until Christian stepped in with calm expertise. He introduced me to a qualified intermediary, handled all the paperwork, and managed the strict 45 and 180 day deadlines so I never had to untangle the complexity myself. When our original lender completely flaked and demanded an extra $350,000, my heart sank. But Christian immediately found a reliable replacement lender, secured the critical extensions that were needed, and protected escrow, restoring comfort and control. Then the sellers were tempted by a higher all cash offer and ready to pull out. Christian was my champion. With firm confidence and steady support he negotiated directly with them, kept the deal moving, and made sure we closed on time within the exchange window. At one point I realized how proactive he was compared to the agent who sold my previous property. That agent reacted slowly, but Christian anticipated every challenge before it could surface. He also helped me secure quality insurance for the property at a fair price and even arranged for ongoing property management. That continuity means so much to me. What stood out most was his emotional intelligence. He could sense when I was anxious and offered reassurance at exactly the right time. That kind of thoughtful care is backed by research—it’s key to navigating stress in real estate transactions. Christian showed up for me in every sense, advocating for my interests and guiding me forward. What could have been a whirlwind of stress became a smooth and empowering journey thanks to his steadiness, insight, and steadfast support. If you want someone who truly champions your interests throughout every twist and turn of a complex deal and brings both expertise and heart to the table, Christian is the person to have by your side. I couldn’t be more grateful and wholeheartedly recommend him.

I’m a U.S. Navy veteran, and I recently bought a multifamily property in San Pedro using my VA loan. Christian Ehlers was my agent, and working with him was the best decision I could’ve made. From the start, Christian understood the VA process inside and out. He connected me with Veterans United for financing, and because he already had a great relationship with the loan officer (shout out to Ali Schellenberg!), everything ran smoother than I expected. No delays, no confusion—just steady progress from offer to closing. What really impressed me was how hard Christian negotiated on my behalf. He got the sellers to complete a full termite clearance and several key repairs during escrow, and he locked in a $27,000 rate buy-down that cut my mortgage costs substantially. I didn’t even have to ask—he was already making those moves to protect my investment. Christian is sharp, responsive, and clearly takes pride in doing right by his clients. If you're a veteran using your VA benefits—or just want someone who actually knows what they’re doing and goes to bat for you—he’s the real deal.

Jose was excellent from first moment we met.Introduced himself with a smile and a firm handshake. What brought me to Jose was that he specks fluent Spanish and English, as I needed an agent who could speak both languages. My husband doesn’t speak English i wanted my husband to understand the process of our sell. He did an excellent job translating English in to Spanish a good selling point for him. We had initial consultations, showings negotiations and closing process as many things have changed from the past. Jose was always available to us no Matter what time of day no matter if he was on vacation 3000 miles away our questions were always answered by phone call or text message. Glad I found Jose for my Realtor.

Working with Fay Firouzi to sell my townhouse was truly a wonderful experience. She came prepared with a strong marketing strategy, excellent pricing recommendations, and beautiful presentation of the property. Fay stayed in constant communication, handled all negotiations skillfully, and made me feel supported from beginning to end. Her honesty, experience, and dedication are exceptional. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.
