Ana and team were also "no pressure" from the beginning, which we really appreciated as we were slow to get started. But when things ramped up and we started to be more demanding of their time and attention, they were incredibly responsive, helpful, and never made us feel guilty for yanking them all over Alameda to look at places we were excited about. When we got serious about a place, they provided the right information we needed to make a go/no-go decision. Ana held our hands every step of the way and showed us homes when we couldn't make open house times, Pascal would examine disclosures for red flags, crawl under houses to check the foundation, and check the quality of "home prep" repairs to ensure we weren't walking into a money pit. Adam jumped in as needed to show us houses when our schedules with Ana didn't align. Ana and Team Forest have been the best part of what could be a really demoralizing real estate market.
