Real estate teams in CA, 94710

If I could give six stars, I would. Candice and David are incredibly experienced and knowledgeable, and they stuck with me through the whole search until I found the right home. Their truly honest guidance and knowledge of the market made what could have been a stressful process feel easy. I can't recommend them highly enough.

There are not enough words I can say about Candice and Dave. I was a first time home buyer, and incredibly overwhelmed by the process and had agents that I worked with that were not meeting my expectations. Once I signed on with Candice and Dave, since day 1, they were attentive, thoughtful, kind, and empathetic to my needs and concerns. They also were flexible with their schedules to accommodate mine. We toured over 30 houses and each one they kept my needs and desires in mind. They never shied away from speaking fearlessly, and would be honest when they felt some houses were not a good fit. Not only are they insanely skilled at their jobs, they have been in the East Bay real estate market for decades. They are a beloved member of this community and their network is vast. They helped connect me with a trusted lender, insurance company, and not only that, they have a network of contractors and builders that are trusted - the partnership extends beyond just a contractual sale - they really want to ensure you feel that you have everything you need to feel safe and secure as move forward with the biggest purchase of your life! If you are trying to buy a home for the first time (or even if it's not your first time) Candice and Dave are THE humans to help make this happen for you. I could not have gotten a DREAM HOME without them and I am so indebted to their helpfulness and kindness along this incredibly complex and emotionally taxing journey. Thank you, Candice and Dave for everything!!
