As an individual who came from the business, having sold a real estate brokerage and currently in real estate development I can say that my experience with Katie Pratt was phenomenal. She is one of the most thorough, hard working, knowledgeable and data driven agents I have ever had the pleasure of working with. There was a lot of pressure coming from me to get into a home and to find another investment property. She responded with getting me ratified on 2 properties in less than 2 weeks. Given the amount of pressure and deadlines I was under to acquire more properties she was able to handle both transactions with grace and catch issues in the contract, most agents in my experience would have missed.
