Tina was a master planner and executor for our home sale. She kept us apprised on every detail and was instrumental in getting our home ready and sold. She took care of every detail for us, allowing us to leave the area knowing that everything would be taken care of in a timely and professional manner. Tina is s great communicator and advocate for her clients. We would recommend her to any home seller or buyer!
When we decided to move to Lafayette from SF (the well known flee from the fog), we used Tina on recommendation from a friend already living in the area. She really listened to our needs (pool, flat plot, easy commute) and helped us find a home that we are so happy with. She also did a great job of introducing us to the area and neighborhoods. We won in a multiple offer situation! She also introduced us to our interior designer. A few years later we went back to Tina and purchased a investment property in Martinez, winning in 10 offer bid showdown. Tina is an ace and one of the best in the area!

I reached out to Bruce and Amanda because they had a track record in our neighborhood. And they live up to their reputation. They did great in every step. You can tell they are very knowledgeable, have experience in both classic and innovative skills, and most importantly, they care about you and want to help you achieve more. By partnering with the Dad/Daughter Team, we sold our property around the Christmas holiday, a traditionally quiet season for the housing market. And we were actually out of town when this whole process happened - they took care of the marketing, photos, onsite tour, and communications. One more thing I want to mention is their negotiation skills. The offers came at different times because of the way we chose to market and sell our place. During each phase, depending on whether it was one offer or multiple offers, Bruce and Amanda applied different strategies to negotiate on our behalf. I was deeply involved in one of the negotiation processes and had more confidence in them after that.
