When selling a house on behalf of a relative in a different city, it's hard to know it well. When we ran into minor things that needed attention, or wanted to apply a fresh coat of paint on the inside of the house, Cathy supplied us with names of skilled tradespeople who did quality work. Her photographer was able to present the wonderful qualities of the house on the Multiple Listing Service. Her market knowledge was invaluable. It was easy to sell our house with Rigel. He took care of all the details that are required to complete the complicated transaction. At all times he was there for us, helping in any way he could. We were at an open house when we met Kim. By her questions and comments, it was transparent that she was attentive and taking mental notes of what our impressions were of the property.
