A native of Contra Costa County and graduate of Saint Mary’s College of CA, she comes from an entrepreneurial family of Chinese immigrants who started their own local businesses. Several relatives work in commercial and residential real estate, and Kristen proudly mentored under distinguished real estate maven Laurie Gaeta for the first five years of her real estate career at Dudum Real Estate Group.
Kristen comprehends that every home sale is unique and requires a customized approach. She embraces the challenge of helping clients through the myriad steps of a transaction to ensure a profitable sale and utilizes staging and a comprehensive marketing plan to present a home to its best advantage. She is driven to build long-term wealth for families, and her clients appreciate her honesty, communication skills, and adroit knowledge of this complex business.
Before launching her career in real estate, Kristen dedicated herself to families facing the physical and mental challenges of autism and Down syndrome, with a special focus on ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) for autistic children. She has lived in Martinez for over a decade and treasures the dynamic neighborhoods, diversity, and landscapes of the Bay Area. Kristen cultivates a healthy work-life balance and is actively involved with her three beautiful children and their schools, sports, and activities. She is a social, outgoing person and is passionate about working with all kinds of clients.
