She was so generous with her time; we met several times and she gave me a rough idea of what it would cost to prep my house and what it might sell for. A year or so later I was ready to sell. Ana explained everything thoroughly, gave me a timeline, options of who to work with for the prep/staging and let me weigh in on decisions because I was very attached to my home!
