Buyer of 225 Arlington Avenue, Kensington
Tracy is among the elite of local agents - deeply experienced and with a great sense of the strengths, weaknesses, and possibilities of individual properties. It took us about six months to find our home, and Tracy's patience and good humor never flagged. Buying or selling a home can be stressful, and we're happy our agent made the process so much easier.
Buyer of 840 Hilldale Avenue, Berkeley
Tracy was incredibly available, thorough, organized and incredibly knowledgeable. She guided through our very first bid (and purchase) and everything was so smooth. People describe buying their first home as a stressful experience but with Tracy it felt so easy and straightforward. She went through the disclosures with a fine toothed comb. We are so grateful to her
Seller of 642 Beloit Ave, Kensington
Tracy and her partner Linda were recommended to us by former neighbors who raved about their experience with Berkeley Hills and Tracy when they sold their house. They were so right. Tracy knows the market so well and she is a wonderful partner in the emotionally and physically difficult process involved in selling or buying a house. What I particularly loved is that Tracy and Linda work with an entire team of people who each have expertise in what is needed to get a house ready for sale. The team includes painters, floor experts, gardeners, stagers, etc. They manage everything so you don't have to worry and make decisions on hiring and supervising anything. They worked with the team members --all from the same very extended family -- for decades and things progress fast and without a hitch. Everything is done well. I also really like the way Tracy and Linda interact with their team members. And that is another thing I want to highlight. Tracy is a lovely person. She is fun and full of energy and she is kind and thoughtful. She also has excellent taste. She and her partner spent half a day going through our house deciding what kind of upgrades would be most strategic (and necessary). They then executed the plan with help from the team and it came out looking incredibly attractive. They really thought carefully about what investments we should make in the house prior to the sale, and I felt we got excellent advice. Tracy is super organized and everything is planned and priced and there are no surprises. I could not recommend Tracy higher and I just recommended her to one of my best friends.

Buyer of 6735 Cutting Blvd, El Cerrito
Azadeh helped us get our first house, a huge milestone for us! Getting a house in the Bay Arwa is nuts in any case but when it’s your first home, you really need someone who “knows the drill” and can walk the line between your goals and the reality of the moment. Azadeh did this and we were confident we put our best foot forward, even in the houses that we didn’t get. When we reflect our house, it feels like the house we always were meant to get, not in a “destiny/universe” kind of way (not that there’s anything wrong with that), but the house we missed on were because we didn’t stretch into something we couldn’t afford, or if we could afford it and didn’t, it’s because it wasn’t the house we wanted to invest in. We couldn’t be more confident that we have the exact house at the exact valuation for us, and we believe that Azadeh’s experience in East Bay real estate is what got us there. Seeing how elated she was when we got our house confirmed that she was in it for the right reasons with us.
