Car figure always took into consideration, my personality and capabilities in recommending location and actual places for me. She was very observant of what would suit me and pointed out things that would not. I found her always available to go out with me and search new locations and condos. She kept in good touch with me. She kept in mind both my husbands and my interests and neat.

I was a first time home buyer, looking for something in the East Bay after renting in SF for close to thirty years. Karthiga was so patient with me while I took my time figuring out where I wanted to live, and drove me all over the East Bay looking at houses, town houses, and condos. I am now a very happy owner of a lovely, remodeled condo in a gated community, near bay trails and water. Heaven! I could not have made this big change without Karthiga. Her integrity and ethics are impeccable, and she was my advocate in every step of the buying process. She is the best realtor in the Bay Area!

Karthiga helped us buy our dream home in Berkeley this past July and we couldn't be happier! During our first meeting with Karthiga, we described in detail to her what we were looking for in a home, neighborhood, and community. Since this was our first home buying experience, she took the time to explain to us the process and let us know what our first steps should be as well as what to watch out for as we began our home search. Karthiga very quickly picked up on what we were looking for, and in less than 2 months, found the perfect home for us in an area that we hadn't even thought to look. Once we were ready to move forward with purchasing, she guided us through every step, always a phone call away should we have questions (which we quite often did). Karthiga is extremely knowledgable, trustworthy, professional, and kind. During the process of purchasing our home, we talked with her so often, that once it was over we really missed our daily conversations with her. Luckily, we get to see her now and again around town :) We highly recommend Karthiga to anyone looking to buy/sell in the East Bay, you won't regret it!
