Karthiga helped us buy our dream home in Berkeley this past July and we couldn't be happier! During our first meeting with Karthiga, we described in detail to her what we were looking for in a home, neighborhood, and community. Since this was our first home buying experience, she took the time to explain to us the process and let us know what our first steps should be as well as what to watch out for as we began our home search. Karthiga very quickly picked up on what we were looking for, and in less than 2 months, found the perfect home for us in an area that we hadn't even thought to look. Once we were ready to move forward with purchasing, she guided us through every step, always a phone call away should we have questions (which we quite often did). Karthiga is extremely knowledgable, trustworthy, professional, and kind. During the process of purchasing our home, we talked with her so often, that once it was over we really missed our daily conversations with her. Luckily, we get to see her now and again around town :) We highly recommend Karthiga to anyone looking to buy/sell in the East Bay, you won't regret it!
