We were first time home buyers with a budget in the coastal California market. We looked at the photos and description online and it aligned with all we were looking for. Chris asked us if we wanted him to go knock on the home owners door to see if they were thinking about relisting…. not only were they planning to relist they were keen on an off market transaction.
