Mia was very knowledgeable and responsive and she helped make our purchase transaction the smoothest real estate transaction we have been involved in. We believe Mia did a great job of negotiating with the seller's real estate agent. I enjoyed Mia as an individual. She always had a sunny disposition and was a positive person to work with. Even after the sale, Mia has stayed in touch and offered to help us with our transition from Southern California to the Central Coast.
