We were first time home buyers with a budget in the coastal California market. We went into the home buying process somewhat doubtful that we could find a home in our price range and that would meet our needs. After several viewings that weren’t quite right, Chris sent us a property he noticed had been on the market but recently taken off. We looked at the photos and description online and it aligned with all we were looking for.
