We have had Michelle help us on 2 transactions: the purchase of our home 4 years ago, and the sale of it this year. She works tirelessly for her clients to make sure everything goes forward as good as it possibly can. We had some hurdles during the sale, but she calmly led us through them. And to make things more challenging, we live out of state, so there were some issues that we could not attend to personally. She graciously stepped up to the plate and handled things so well.
