Ruthann has been wonderful throughout my entire home buying process; professional, knowledgeable as a tough negotiator yet personable and thoughtful like a sweet next door neighbor. I would definitely recommend her to my friends !

Right away, I felt confident in Ruthann's hands. She made the process of selling the house so easy for us. She is so knowledgeable and had so many great ideas for streamlining everything. She was patient in answering our questions, but also took a firm hand in decision making that needed to be done on a schedule. She has boundless energy but is always calm, businesslike, and cordial. She knows completely what needed to be done. I feel lucky that we connected with her.

My wife Diana and I moved from Phoenix AZ to Palm Bay FL. Ruthann picked the perfect location for our growing family. We absolutely love the community. We were extremely nervous because we were buying site unseen and only did virtual tours, but with her knowledge and confidence with the area, she exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be happier! Thank you so much Ruthann!
