Ruthann helped the reviewer sell this property

Excellent experience, would use her services any time.

Right away, I felt confident in Ruthann's hands. She made the process of selling the house so easy for us. She is so knowledgeable and had so many great ideas for streamlining everything. She was patient in answering our questions, but also took a firm hand in decision making that needed to be done on a schedule. She has boundless energy but is always calm, businesslike, and cordial. She knows completely what needed to be done. I feel lucky that we connected with her.
