Very professional and attentive to the customer needs. Did not stop until they found something we wanted. Very keen in understanding the Melbourne market and surrounding areas since they were born and raised in the area. Upfront and personal. Would recommend them to anyone in the future. As a team they are able to show homes when you need them.

Erin was awesome! To start, I had a different realtor and it wasn’t working out very well. I didn’t hear from her often and after the first time we spoke it seemed like she forgot all about me and I had no feedback. After a couple weeks I was fed up and was introduced to Erin. After I spoke to her the first time, she immediately started looking around for me and helping me understand every aspect. As a first time homebuyer, I was familiar with much of the process. Erin made it a point to explain everything and she definitely helped to relieve any stress I was having throughout the process. After some complications with my first lender, she managed to find me another lender that actually turned out to be a better deal in the the same day. She was definitely a hard worker and dedicated to helping me find the perfect house. If there was an option to give her 10 stars I would.
