We started to receive a lot of undue pressure from the buyers agent on some borderline illegal activities. Stephen stepped in and made sure that all the closing due out were clear with the buyers agent and from there forward we no longer has any issues.

We were so blessed to have Teresa as our Real Estate Professional. She was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the her profession: i.e.;marketing of our home; staging; financial & qualifying prospects. She expended many hours beyond that expected. She demonstrated patience and expertise with other agents and their clients.

So glad we found Tina!!! She truly is a hidden gem. As first time homebuyers, she made the house hunting process an enjoyable one. She's knowledgable about the area and the market and was available for us even at a moment's notice. If we decide to buy again in the future, we know exactly who to go to! Thank you Tina!!!
