Kathleen was incredible to work with in buying our new home. We started our search just before the pandemic and Kathleen was very on top of how the shut down and quarantine impacted the real estate market. She kept us informed, sent over resources and was more than willing to show homes to us twice if needed, as we navigated our high risk situation. We encountered one situation where legal questions arose and Kathleen reached out to the appropriate sources and had answers for us within hours. She was incredibly patient, supportive and empathetic as we navigated a tough market and challenging situation. She was always available and kept us updated on everything throughout the process. Her primary concern was that we get what we wanted and were happy. Mission accomplished.
