Amy Talent… there seriously are no words to express how amazing she is!!!! Not only is she professional, knowledgeable, always on top of things, listens to her clients, kind, honest… but she has become a great friend during the process. She knows real estate better than anyone I have ever known, and she made the entire experience one I will never forget. I have never bought a house without seeing it in person first, and I don’t think I could have done that with anyone else but Amy. (And side note, I never met her in person until closing day.) However, she was always a phone call, a text, or email away. Always listened to me, gained my trust, and I knew she truly cared about our family. She is honestly the best of the best, and I will recommend her to anyone and everyone I know. Top of the line. Love her dearly!!!!!! Our home buying experience with Amy and her team was very positive and the results exceeded our expectations. We were very impressed with the plan she pulled together to market and list our home. She had a great understanding of our market and worked hard to get our listing in front of as many eyes as possible. She did a great job of managing our own expectations and helping us to be organized as sellers. When it came time to show she made sure we were prepared and putting our best foot forward. As we were receiving our multiple offers she handled communication with prospective buyers excellently. She gained our trust and we really valued her opinion when sorting through which offer would be the best for us. That level of service carried through into the contracting process. Ultimately we beyond happy with all Amy did to make the sale of our home a success.

Amy did an amazing job advocating for us as buyers. We dealt with some adversity throughout the buying process and she was extremely proactive in coming up with creative solutions we were satisfied with. She offered her opinions and expertise when we asked for it and when she felt we needed it. It was so helpful that she and her team were there to walk us through every step of the process of buying our new home. At all times it was clear to us what our upcoming deadlines and deliverables were. At no point did we feel lost or confused. Ultimately we are very pleased with our new home and thankful for the effort she put forth to get us here.
