Amy Talent… there seriously are no words to express how amazing she is!!!! Not only is she professional, knowledgeable, always on top of things, listens to her clients, kind, honest… but she has become a great friend during the process. She knows real estate better than anyone I have ever known, and she made the entire experience one I will never forget. I have never bought a house without seeing it in person first, and I don’t think I could have done that with anyone else but Amy. (And side note, I never met her in person until closing day.) However, she was always a phone call, a text, or email away. Always listened to me, gained my trust, and I knew she truly cared about our family. She simultaneously negotiated the issue with our sellers and our other realtor, saving both transactions. I don't think any other realtor would have been able to repair that situation.
