TR & Ashley are wonderful. They seemed to immediately understand what I was looking for, and I was able to communicate with them. It's valuable to know that this is a stressful time for me, and that they have done this a million times before, so they are very understanding and don't take my stress personally - as I was buying and selling at the same time in this market. I appreciate not having to bet around the bush and could be up front with how I was feeling. I really trusted them to guide me through this process. They work hard, and it shows. They want to ensure I was happy, and I certainly am.

After buying and selling half dozen houses over the years and as an absentee owner, I found TR Swanwick to be by far the most committed and effective realtor I have ever known. He provided market analysis, developed spread sheets relating proposed selling prices to levels of market prep and upgrade, managed subcontractors to provide selected maintenance and upgrade work, and developed an excellent website marketing presentation, including a wide array of images of the property and the surrounding area. TR was diligent in following through to negotiate the best offer and to monitor all tasks and schedule through closing. I can't imagine finding another realtor who would or could match his services. My wife and I have bought & sold many homes. TR and his team are by far the best Real Estate team that we have ever worked with! And better by a very very large amount! We have worked with TR on both a home buy and a home sell - so we have seen his awesome skills on both sides of the transaction. (1) Firstly, he is very experienced and knows the markets, the trends, the price points, what's hot & what's not. He does *a lot* of research and doesn't just research the Net, but checks out the houses & areas, talks to other agents & brokers, buyers & sellers. (2) Secondly, TR has a "team" that can cover all of the things that may need to be done, such as staging, repairs, contractor work, yards, roofing ... you name it. And the best part is that if TR has someone that can help, they are ALL very high quality & reasonably priced! (3) Next, is TR has the most awesome personality, that makes discussions, strategy sessions a very good experience, with insight, recommendations, options - and TR is a very very good negotiator! (4) And TR is very very thorough! And he always is watching out for you and always guiding the transaction to success. Many times, you'll find that he has already fixed something that you didn't even know was an issue! So in conclusion, I will always ask TR and his team to handle my real estate needs.
