There were many points where I felt overwhelmed and stressed, but with her guidance I was able to get through it all, and I set myself up for success. She had no issue negotiating seller assistance and explaining to sellers exactly what my budget was and what I needed to be able to go through with the sales. During home viewings she didn’t just sit back and let me on my own. She would help me find everything that may be a problem and go through the pros and cons of every house we saw. And she skillfully chose an asking price that sold the house quickly, with a range of offers that proved that she hadn’t priced it too high or too low. She has great relationships with tradespeople like a house inspector, sewer inspector, basement expert, estate salesman, etc., who she orchestrated beautifully to keep the process moving briskly, even when unexpected issues popped up.
