Gracy always responded in a timely manner, and she set up a viewing that same week working around my messed up schedule. Showed me the property, had read everything available on the property and or knew where to look for answers, answered my questions and got right back to me promptly with answers to a couple of questions that she had to extract from the selling agent at his convenience.
