My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Isabella when purchasing our first home. My husband and I ran into a few barriers (no barriers caused by Isabella— we were active duty military at the time, and we had trouble obtaining proper paperwork for some items.) Isabella stayed by our side until we reached the finish line. She advocated for our needs, and she was an excellent communicator. This process would have been a 1000x more stressful if we didn’t have Isabella there with us. I HIGHLY recommend her as your realtor. Truly, words cannot describe how grateful we were to have her.

When she showed us the property, we joked together and we instantly liked her. She is honest, personable and patient. She was always available to talk us through any questions or concerns that we had. She provided answers efficiently and as quickly as possible. I truly felt she had our best interest at heart and fought for us. The outcome was better than we could have ever expected. I would recommend her and use her again and again. She always answers the phone and willing to go out of her way to help us since we live out of state. Showed us numerous homes and when we visited Pittsburgh and with her excellence it lead to the purchase of our home in Pittsburgh. We live in South Florida she made everything a breeze to do paperwork out of state. She is now our official Realtor. We plan on buying more homes from her.

Okay I'm back again. Can't say Enough about Rebecca's professionalism, she knows how to be nice and serious at the same time. Communication is Clear and if not, don't hesitate to ask. Market knowledge is realistic and up to date. Negotiation skills, GREAT! She knew what we wanted, and advised areas where we can make or break. Like Everyone Else we're REAL busy, BUT Rebecca Made us feel Like We ARE Important, though she had other Clients as well!! She kept Us up to date weekly and Continuously!!! Rebecca was amazing to bounce ideas with during the home search process. She listened to our likes and dislikes to help narrow down our search and ultimately find the best house for us. She was wonderful to tour with and always came with important background information and the neighborhood comparisons to help us make informed decisions. She made us feel comfortable and confident in our final home choice. When it came to the closing process she was our point person reminding us of our responsibilities, keeping track of the steps needed from other vendors, and ensuring the timeline for the closing was appropriate. Due to her leadership and dedication we were able to close early. It was a wonderful experience working with Rebecca and we would highly recommend her to anyone we know that is looking to buy a house.
