Okay I'm back again. Can't say Enough about Rebecca's professionalism, she knows how to be nice and serious at the same time. Communication is Clear and if not, don't hesitate to ask. Market knowledge is realistic and up to date. Negotiation skills, GREAT! She knew what we wanted, and advised areas where we can make or break. Like Everyone Else we're REAL busy, BUT Rebecca Made us feel Like We ARE Important, though she had other Clients as well!! She kept Us up to date weekly and Continuously!!! Rebecca was amazing to bounce ideas with during the home search process. She listened to our likes and dislikes to help narrow down our search and ultimately find the best house for us. She was wonderful to tour with and always came with important background information and the neighborhood comparisons to help us make informed decisions. She made us feel comfortable and confident in our final home choice. When it came to the closing process she was our point person reminding us of our responsibilities, keeping track of the steps needed from other vendors, and ensuring the timeline for the closing was appropriate. Due to her leadership and dedication we were able to close early. It was a wonderful experience working with Rebecca and we would highly recommend her to anyone we know that is looking to buy a house.

Rebecca was very knowledgeable and so helpful and prompt. I was working with a different agent. I'm so glad my other one couldn't show me a house I was looking at and she came and showed it to me. Rebecca was great! I met Rebecca at Ellwood City Light Up Night. I thought what will it hurt just to see what she has to say. I explained that I was nervous about starting the home buying process and wasn't even sure if I was exactly where I needed to be to buy a home. I talked to a lender before and was so overwhelmed and confused I gave up. Rebecca said she would make it as easy as possible and she did just that!
