We began our search in October after requesting through Zillow to view a home. The person assigned but Kellie promptly responded, met us at the home, and had information prepared about the home. It took us several months and viewing many homes. Kellie was patient, inciteful, and prepared at every step. Our offer on our home was completed quickly mostly online. Kellie helped to make it an easy and smooth process. I would recommend Kellie Hinderliter to any of my friends and family who were looking to buy or sell a home. Kellie's patient and knowledgeable professionalism made buying our dream home an experience that we will look back upon as an enjoyable one.
Kellie was the best to work with. I had been looking for a house, and the other realtors I dealt with called back occasionally, if at all. House I ended up buying, Kellie called back in minutes at 8:30 pm on a Friday. We made arrangements to view the house the very next day. From there, she even helped with a mortgage on a Sunday the day after that. Next, it was non-stop communication, and always following up, and always going out of her way to go to the house personally to ensure things were right as I was out of state during most all of the process. Kellie knows what she is talking about, she actually cares, and she stays in communication. Buy houses from her, save yourself the time and go straight to someone that does it right.
