Not only did she help us find our home…. She stayed in communication with us every step of the way. When other homes we found didn’t work out she stayed on the hunt and found multiple homes for us even when we were going to give up. When the appraisal happened, she walked us through everything, explained what needed done, and helped us find the best contractors to help all of our issues. Denise didn’t just say “Here’s my friends number call them.” She gave us many options and helped us find the most trustworthy workers within our budgets to fix what was needed. If/when we ever are looking for a new home again or are asked who we would use…. It will continue to be Denise. Helping us as first time home buyers with every question (even silly ones because we were nervous and unsure of the process) and this property was perfect for my family. I can’t say enough about how awesome she was for us.

I loved working with Denise. She’s smart, knowledgeable and professional about the real estate business, which she showed by giving me great advice about what to do - and not do - to get my house ready to sell. And she skillfully chose an asking price that sold the house quickly, with a range of offers that proved that she hadn’t priced it too high or too low. She has great relationships with tradespeople like a house inspector, sewer inspector, basement expert, estate salesman, etc., who she orchestrated beautifully to keep the process moving briskly, even when unexpected issues popped up. And she worked hard, communicated exceptionally well, and took care of all of the details. She’s warm and funny and was just a pleasure to work with. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Denise was very responsive throughout the entire process, even after closing for little questions. She’s very personable & has great people skills on top of clear understanding of the local markets & housing knowledge. She helped us close on our #1 pick smoothly & in a timely manner always being 1 step ahead. She gave us expectations up front so nothing was a surprise & worked with our lender closely to ensure “ducks were in a row” step by step. This was for my personal house. Looking forward to the investment opportunities we’ll close on in the near future!

Andrew was actually highly recommended by the lender I ended up using for a VA Home Loan--though, they have no business ties other than frequently working with each other through their common industry. I imagine I did not cut the figure of a highly desirable client considering I had zero cash for a sizable down payment, a modest upper limit and no cosigners. I had my doubts that any agent would want to field that call, but from the initial interview, he presented himself as easy to communicate with and interested in what I was looking for in a property. He expressed his desire to help people from all walks of life get into homes that would best serve their needs. An attitude he seems to bring with him from a social service oriented background and one I can appreciate, at least. This underlying motivation would surface time and time again throughout our meetings. The few things that were of paramount importance to me were: - To know that my agent was actually listening to my concerns - To have my best interest at heart in light of those concerns - And to give it to me straight Andrew genuinely put forth effort to be attentive to my budget, deal breakers and compromises. I relied heavily on him to provide his candid assessment of neighborhoods, property conditions, tax jurisdictions, and Pittsburgh real estate-specific foibles. He did not once push any property that would have stretched my budget or been otherwise inappropriate. He even steered me away from properties he believed truly did not meet my criteria when I presented them as possible candidates for viewings. Never once complained about commute distance. In short, Mr. Albright happened to be who I was asking for to walk next to me through the process, make me aware of aspects I had yet to consider, and work behind the scenes to filter through the noise and find a house that we could ultimately call home.

Andrew is the most compassionate, caring, and knowledgeable real estate agent out there. His expertise, professionalism, and his passion created a seamless process from start to finish. He came extremely well prepared, and was able to teach us about the market and figure out the best strategy that made sense for us and our goals. Andrew was readily available for questions, comments, concerns, etc. and was able to put our mind at ease every step of the way. He made selling our childhood home easier than we ever could have imagined, while also respecting and understanding the emotional side of such a big life moment.
