Rachel had a great knowledge of city living and the area we were located. She guided us with every step of the sale of our house. If we had questions, she had the answer or was able to get it in no time at all. She checked in periodically to let us know where we were at in the process and to see how we were doing on our end.
Meeting Rachel occurred by the luck of the draw for us using the Realtor app recommendation. We were nervous at first because we didn’t know anything about her & we were forced to go this route due to some unfortunate circumstances with our former realtor. It was by far the best risk we chose in this process. Rachel is an absolute gem. She hit the ground running with us by scheduling time to come meet us at our current home. Upon meeting Rachel I know things where going to be great because she was a go getter and on top of all our selling needs. She had someone take great pictures and she wrote up a perfect summary of our home. It took us 3 days to find a buyer. Hard worker.
Rachel was excellent to work with and just the type of realtor I wanted. She was super responsive and timely, but didn’t pressure me at all.. she said “when the right house comes along, you will know”. When the right house came along, she walked me through everything that I needed to do, connected me to a great mortgage broker, and other resources like inspectors. She texted and emailed me instructions and reminders to keep me on track, and was available by phone for my questions. That was exactly what I needed as a first time buyer and busy professional. The whole process went very smoothly and lessened my anxiety, doing this for the first time.
Rachel is simply the best realtor I have ever worked with. Deciding to put my childhood home up for sale was a tough decision to make, but Rachel made it a great experience. Rachel provided me all the necessary information within a timely manner and I was never having to call and check in with her. She always called to check in with me. She came over to view the home before listing it instantly! She had the information ready to go to list it in a day and as soon as I had it cleaned it was listed! It was not on the market long and we closed within a month. Even though I was sad to see my childhood home go, I am glad Rachel was there with me through the whole process.
