We began our search for a home in Mt. Lebanon on a somewhat casual basis (ie - not in a hurry to buy a home, more interested in getting to know the neighborhoods, etc). Anne was extremely accommodating in showing us a variety of homes in different neighborhoods. Never was there any pressure to buy, or frustration from her that we were taking our time. When we found a home (actually three times) that we really liked, Anne’s extensive contacts with home inspectors, plumbers, structural engineers, etc. proved invaluable; and helped us avoid costly, unanticipated/budgeted repairs. Her trained eye picked up on several issues that we easily missed. We truly appreciated her candor throughout our journey. Her knowledge of the local RE market and relative values helped us present competitive, fair bids for homes. I would not hesitate to recommend Anne to anyone looking for a Real Estate Agent. We are grateful that we found not only an excellent and extremely competent real estate professional, but also a new friend.

Me and my wife were in the buying market for a house. We started with just a name in the dark and hoped for the best. We were given the name Anne KARABIN and never looked back! We knew what we wanted and relayed this all to Anne. We seen many houses and went through up and downs that usually accompany something like this.
