We began our search for a home in Mt. Lebanon on a somewhat casual basis (ie - not in a hurry to buy a home, more interested in getting to know the neighborhoods, etc). Anne was extremely accommodating in showing us a variety of homes in different neighborhoods. Never was there any pressure to buy, or frustration from her that we were taking our time. When we found a home (actually three times) that we really liked, Anne’s extensive contacts with home inspectors, plumbers, structural engineers, etc. proved invaluable; and helped us avoid costly, unanticipated/budgeted repairs. Her trained eye picked up on several issues that we easily missed. We truly appreciated her candor throughout our journey.
