Belle was an amazing agent for me, especially as a first time home buyer. She was always easily accessible and extremely knowledgeable in helping guide through the process. She let me control the pace and did a great job making it as easy of a process as possible. I would highly recommend her to others, especially first time buyers!

I had been casually looking around the Pittsburgh area for several months with no luck. One afternoon, though, I found one that checked all the boxes and knew that it would be competitive. Brianna stepped up to the challenge and, with her help, I won the bid against multiple bidders. Brianna had to negotiate several barriers, including a difficult selling agent, my less-than-responsive lender, and a weird appraisal situation. In the end, we persevered and I am happily in my new home! Thank you, Bri!!
