I recently used Realty One in Bluffton and had Lucius Dibble as my agent to sell my home. I had multiple agents approach me, wanting to help me in my home selling process, but I decided to go with Lucius since he seemed very down-to-earth and sincere when I first met him. Little did I know that Lu would be my savior through this whole process. He was extremely dependable, thorough, accessible, and assisted me in the entire selling process. He always picked up the phone when I called and always returned my texts immediately. He answered my questions, addressed my concerns, and never left me hanging. He was also quick to advertise and promote my home on multiple websites so that it had greater visibility. He went above and beyond. I have worked with other realtors in the past and Lu is by far the best one I have worked with. He helped me sell my home within two weeks of it being listed and provided a thorough vetting of any potential buyers. The process was seamless, and I could not have gotten through it without his help. I strongly recommend Lu as a Seller's or Buyer's Agent for anyone in Bluffton or the surrounding areas who are looking to sell or buy a home!

My wife and I were in the market for our first home and really had no idea what we were doing or what we were looking for. Fortunately, Lu knew the right questions to ask to get us on track. With a strong understanding of the many different parts of Bluffton along with a good grasp of the pros and cons that each neighborhood has, Lu helped us zero in on what we were looking for and where to find it. As soon as we knew the specifics of what we wanted, he kept us up-to-date with new listings as they came up, and was quick to jump into action as soon as we found houses we wanted to check out. Once we started looking at homes, Lu was a great resource to have alongside us as we walked around and asked questions. As a previous contractor, he has a keen eye for things that the average home buyer might not see, or even know to look for! That, coupled with his knowledge of how a home is constructed, gave us the confidence we needed to make our decision. As soon as we found “the one”, Lu was a steady companion on the road to closing, keeping us up to speed on what was happening behind the scenes, and always available for a quick phone call if we had any questions or concerns. Honest, knowledgeable, and easy going, Lu is a real pleasure to work with.

Being new to the area, I was unfamiliar with the neighborhoods and the typical home styles dotting the developments. Lu took his time, showing us home after home to ensure my curiously was satiated. He knew what I was looking for and wasn’t afraid to speak up if he thought a home would or wouldn’t meet my needs. He’s not here to make a sale, he’s here to make sure you’re confident and happy in the choice you make. As a former contractor, Lu was able to quickly point out details such as quick fixes or potential damage below the surface that the average homebuyer would likely miss during a showing. I purchased at a time when the market was red hot and he knew how to structure the offer to ensure the sellers couldn’t refute ours. I was probably as picky as could be in what I wanted and Lu helped make the dream come true.
