I recently used Realty One in Bluffton and had Lucius Dibble as my agent to sell my home. Little did I know that Lu would be my savior through this whole process. He was extremely dependable, thorough, accessible, and assisted me in the entire selling process. He always picked up the phone when I called and always returned my texts immediately. He answered my questions, addressed my concerns, and never left me hanging. He was also quick to advertise and promote my home on multiple websites so that it had greater visibility. He went above and beyond. I have worked with other realtors in the past and Lu is by far the best one I have worked with. He helped me sell my home within two weeks of it being listed and provided a thorough vetting of any potential buyers. The process was seamless, and I could not have gotten through it without his help. I purchased at a time when the market was red hot and he knew how to structure the offer to ensure the sellers couldn’t refute ours. I was probably as picky as could be in what I wanted and Lu helped make the dream come true.
