Serina Gutowski is the most outstanding real estate agent with a flair for interior design. Relocating to Charlotte North Carolina at the turn of the century with her husband and two sons, gave her the first impression of true Southern Living. Her family ventured a little further south, ending up in South Carolina. Dreaming of living close to the ocean she absolutely fell in love with Bluffton and Hilton Head Island. While living in Charlotte her husband became a General Contractor, helping him build and design custom homes. For eight years, since living in Bluffton, she has been creating Kitchens and Baths. Amazing! Dream Come True!

Serina caught me between work phone calls as I was a very difficult person to get in touch with. I told her I just listed my house for sale and had no clue how that was going to go. She said hold on Mary we are going to pray for the sale of your home and two days later my house sold! I called her back told her of the news and said Serina find me my rest of my life home! I now live in beautiful Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head living my best life! Thank you Serina for making my dreams come true ♥️

Serina helped us find our happy place in Sun City Hilton Head!

Serina initially worked with us over the course of several days, showing us 24+ homes in Sun City. She helped coordinate submitting multiple purchase offers and when we finally settled on the right one, she hooked us up with inspections, closing attorneys and the works. She worked tirelessly to coordinate with us remotely from out of state and with our selling agent in Ct as well. This experience was far smoother than we ever expected, we highly recommend Serina!

Happy homeowners

Renee was a wonderful resource over many years. We rented thru her for a long time and once we were ready to make the move to home ownership she jumped on it. She helped up step by step with 2 separate properties. The first one fell through due to inspection issues, but she was able to find us something in the same neighborhood that has been amazing. She was always available for questions and made it so easy. You really can’t go wrong with Renee.
