Joanne is wonderful to work with. She does her research and included us on all the decision making. She got us a significant amount of money more than we expected on the sale of our house and took care of every detail. When we were looking at houses she previewed the homes first and spent time researching what would check all our boxes. She was a great sounding board as we discussed the pros and cons of each home. She helped us secure the purchase of our new home during a time when demand was so high it was challenging to get a deal done before someone else She is so nice to be around and not at all pushy. If you are looking for a realtor you really should call Joanne. She’s the best of the best.

Joanne did her homework and was always prepared when we went to look at homes. She listened and responded. She was very knowledgeable about the different housing areas and if she couldn’t answer our questions she would research and find the answer. She patiently took me back several times to the house we finally bought. With her skills it was an easy buy for us. Not only is she a top rated realtor but we feel like we gained a new friend. Since our closing she has checked on us to make sure we’re satisfied with our purchase.
