Joanne is wonderful to work with. She does her research and included us on all the decision making. She got us a significant amount of money more than we expected on the sale of our house and took care of every detail. When we were looking at houses she previewed the homes first and spent time researching what would check all our boxes. She was a great sounding board as we discussed the pros and cons of each home.
