Working with Melissa was like a breath of fresh air. As a first-time buyer, we had no clue what to expect or do. Melissa walked us through every step of the process with extreme patience. When an issue popped up during our home inspection, she solved it right away. She found us a great home under our budget. We give her 5 stars!

Our move began some time ago when we realized we needed to change our location from Pennsylvania to a warm climate. She worked with us narrowing our home location, the community benefits, and much more. Our relationship has become a friendship that we cherish.

Melissa was amazing from start to finish! She was great with recommendations for contractors to get things ready and went above and beyond as we were not living in the area. Melissa is one of the most genuinely kind people I know so we trusted her and we couldn't have been happier. Her advice for listing price and negotiations was spot on. She had our house sold on day 1 and made the process very smooth. We now consider her a friend and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her!

Marianne was everything we could have hoped for in a real estate agent. She spent time getting to know us and what we were looking for. She always listened to our concerns and did everything she could to address those concerns. She shared potential plans for renovations/outbuildings, called in experts on erosion, docks, septics, and general contracting. In almost all cases, she was several steps ahead of us on potential hurdles and had solutions lined up before we realized what we needed, before and after the sale! She was extremely responsive, and took the lead on much of the leg work needed to make the deal work. It’s important to note that at one point we walked away from the deal. We felt no pressure from her, rather she indicated she just wanted what would make us happy. She immediately pivoted to trying to find alternatives for us to consider. She had a lot of patience with us, but ultimately helped us to make the decision that was best for us. She truly walked by our side throughout the process. We have said she was “the secret sauce” to us owning the beautiful home we have today. She is the best agent we have had by far. We highly recommend!

Marianne was amazing selling our home! She was very great with communication, and made the selling of our home so easy and stress free. She also helped us purchase our home when we moved to South Carolina and we had an amazing experience then as well. I highly recommend her to all my friends moving there.

Kate was absolutely incredible to work with! She helped us both buy and sell a home on Hilton Head Island, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She is an absolute powerhouse, knowledgeable, driven, and completely on top of every detail. Her communication was always on point, keeping us informed and confident every step of the way. No question went unanswered, and no detail was overlooked. Buying and selling can be stressful, but Kate made the entire process feel smooth and manageable. If you’re looking for someone who will go above and beyond for you, she’s the one!

I am sure all transactions have their own stories. This one was a short story but exceptional, which should be what every seller should experience. Kate’s professional approach, continued communication, along with her balancing my requirements with several potential buyers early on in the process contributed to exceeding my expectations. Minimum number of showings, less foot traffic which led to hardly any inconveniences such as constant leaving the home and cleanings. The final icing on this cake was Kate negotiating a more than fair price for me which led to a very pleased seller,me. I highly recommend Kate Yachini to anyone looking to sell their home!!
