We are new to the Lowcountry area. Kate‘s knowledge of this area is incredible. She went above and beyond our expectations. She wanted us to experience every aspect of every neighborhood and community that we looked at. Early on we thought we had found the house that we wanted and we told her that we wanted to put in an offer. Kate said that, yes, we could do that, but based on what we had told her about what we were looking for, she wanted to show us one more neighborhood. That neighborhood ended up being where we bought and we could not be happier. She could’ve taken the easy close but she had a feeling, and she was right. We are very grateful.
