I decided to sell my home during a huge transitional time in my life. I had worked so hard to make my home beautiful and walked in to it being completely destroyed by family members who I let live there after I moved to Florida. I had to basically empty my home of all items in a weekend and it broke my heart. Furniture, household items, decorations, etc….all given away or sent off with the junk guy. Devastated doesn’t begin to describe how I felt. I had also just been laid off of my job of 18 years I was a mess. Kaylee was patient with my questions, my concerns, my asks….but especially patient with my moods and tears. There were times I wasn’t my best and I would tell her that…..she just understood and treated me with kindness and compassion.

Greg Micale methodically sold our home step by step. He visited us at our home, took many pictures inside and out, then took time to research the best price for our home in the surrounding community. He posted a sneak preview of some of the highlights of our home on social media a week before the actual listing. Greg's photos and videos are all artfully done to the best advantage of the home's assets. Then came the listing with an accurate description of the property along with those beautiful photos. Interest was attracted within a day and showings were scheduled soon. An offer was made on the 3rd day and Greg advised us on a counter offer. Bingo! Sold!
