She contacted us prior to meeting up that day to make sure that we were still wanting to meet. We said yes and she met us in the cold and snow. We explained what type of loan we were wanting to get and as we went through, she was able to pick things out that would be an issue. She asked who our loan person was so she could contact them. She was answering questions better and faster than our loan person. We gave her the contact information and it was a hassle for her and us to get answers. We found another house we wanted to see and as we toured it, she put us in contact with another fabulous loan person. Both of these ladies went all out to help us through the process of getting our home. Questions were answered and solutions were provided. The final walk through came and we weren't able to do it but, Jordan made the trip for us to check things out.
