Flexible with scheduling and again communication was ongoing. Would reach out to make sure schedule was always feasible for viewing during snowy weather and no distance was to far.

Josh was very knowledgeable, honest and motivated!! He offered advice about things he felt we needed to change or consider doing and he was offered help if we wanted it and offered advice about things we had not considered before!! He came up with some inventive negotiation (I thought) and he was extremely professional!! I will always pass his name along, we were very pleased!!
