When it came time to sell, Tim was 100% committed to getting us the best price—and he absolutely delivered. He kept us in the loop the whole way and was super easy to reach. It’s clear he truly cares about his clients and wants the best outcome for them. If you’re buying or selling, we can’t recommend Tim enough. I I've had an amazing experience working with Tim he was referred to me by a friend and I have recommended him to multiple people myself. Very knowledgeable any question that my wife or I had he was able to give me an answer for if it was a very specialized type of question and he wasn't 100% sure he was able to get back to me usually within minutes. I could not ask for a more professional real estate agent he had always kept in touch with us no matter what if he wasn't able to answer the phone we were sure to get up text informing us that he was in the middle of something it would call us back in a few minutes within 10 to 20 minutes my phone was ringing. With all that being said I will definitely be spreading his name to as many people as I possibly can.

Jennifer communicated with us for two years while we moved from out of state and found our home. She always responded and had answers to our questions. She was always available for us when we wanted to look at houses.

Jennifer was always very responsive to emails, text messages, and phone calls. She provided a detailed approach to how she planned to market our home and we received four offers the very first day it was listed.

We started working with Jen in early 2025 looking at land to build; then we waited and weren't really liking the land we could find - and Jen was so patient with us through all of our requests and changes to our ideas. She was so flexible for tours. One thing I can say about her is she won't rush a home sale to "get hers". We looked at several homes that she could've sold us on but she was true to us and to herself and let us know when something wasn't in our best interest. I will use Jen for all of our home sales/purchases in the future (if there are any).
