When other homes we found didn’t work out she stayed on the hunt and found multiple homes for us even when we were going to give up. When the appraisal happened, she walked us through everything, explained what needed done, and helped us find the best contractors to help all of our issues. Denise didn’t just say “Here’s my friends number call them.” She gave us many options and helped us find the most trustworthy workers within our budgets to fix what was needed.
