I’m a realtor who has sold houses in California for 15 years. My wife and I were relocating to Yuma to be closer to her family. I didn’t want to make the classic mistake of not having a realtor for the area. Tina was an absolute joy. She helped us understand the different neighborhoods and had a very relaxed vibe. It did not feel that we were being sold to but exploring with. It was her knowledge of the area that caused us to put in an offer on the house that we purchased. We cannot recommend Tina enough. Matias has strong communication skills / is very responsive. He also provides so much more than what you would expect in a real estate agent. He was gracious enough (many times!) to help us load our uhaul, and unload it. He even was a handyman fixing our bedframe! A true jack of all trades. Plus, he has a ton of resources - when we needed contacts to get estimates on a variety projects, Matias was able to provide numerous people - he is a vast source of information and support.
