About Matias

I was first licensed in 2008 and served as an assistant to Shelley Ostrowski who sold him his first home in Yuma County. We worked together until we formed the Yuma Home Team and became business partners. I am bilingual in Spanish. I am active in his community and currently serving on my second term as a City of San Luis Council Member. I served my first term as Vice Mayor. I serve as Chairman to the Greater Yuma Port Authority and am a board director of the Greater Yuma Economic Development Corporation. I have been on the Yuma County Planning & Zoning Commission for 8 years and currently serve as Chairman. I am a Wish Granter for the Make A Wish Foundation. I am a father of 4 and have been married for over 20 years. I love pets and enjoy traveling and playing kickball and softball. I Co-Founded Realty ONE Group in 2020 after being with another franchise for 12 years.

Matias knows the job in and out! They’re the most knowledgeable realtor on the market. He’s very communicative and answered each and every one of our questions. He also assured us in all our worries we voiced to him.
