Nikki Jutte is by far the most professional and compassionate agent we've ever had the pleasure of working with. She communicated with us every step of the way and always returned our calls and texts . We had several open houses and social media reels within the first month, and ironically, our home sold in just a little over a month. It was an emotional decision to part with the home. Originally purchased for our parents, my dad passed sudenly, and they never made it to Yuma. For many agents, the process of buying and selling is all about the commissions, but we never felt that once with Nikki. Thank you once again for taking such good care of us through this process.
